Procurement Temp (Healthcare) 

Location (Nearest MRT): Novena 

Salary: Up to $2,400 

Duration of Work: Contract, Jan to 31 June 2025 

Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM 

Responsibilities: 

•  Accurately enter and maintain procurement data in the system
• Ensure all records are up-to-date and organized
• Assist in the creation and issuance of purchase orders based on approved requisitions
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports as required
• Document all procurement activities and maintain accurate records
• Assist the procurement team with various administrative tasks as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements: 

• Minimally A Levels and above 
• Able to work overtime when requested (OT Payable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
