Procurement Transformation Executive (6-month contract)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the execution of procurement transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, systems, and governance across the organization. This role will assist in driving efficiency, compliance, and value creation within the procurement function.

• Project Support:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking procurement transformation projects and deliverables.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Process Improvement:
  • Support analysis of current procurement processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in developing new workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Contract Management & Reporting:
  • Revalidate data in contract repository.
  • Assist with contract upload and monitoring of expiring contracts.
• Technology Enablement:
  • Support system enhancements or implementation activities (e.g., eProcurement tools, automation).
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and troubleshooting.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
