We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to support the growth of the CBG investments business in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across investment products, digital platforms, and client engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our offering across Unit Trusts, ETFs, and managed portfolios, while contributing to the development of a seamless and engaging client experience.

Business Support & Execution

Support the development and growth of the retail investments business across Unit Trusts, ETFs, and managed portfolios.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing product offerings to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with client needs.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement and acquisition.

Data Analysis & Insights

Compile and analyse business and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the preparation of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Digital Platform Development

Assist in the enhancement and day-to-day management of the digital investments platform.
Work with technology teams to support feature enhancements, testing, and implementation.

Client Experience & Journey Enhancement

Support user research and client immersion activities to better understand client needs and behaviours.
Help translate insights into improvements in client journeys, with a focus on simplicity and usability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with internal stakeholders across distribution, investments, technology, marketing, and client experience teams to support delivery of initiatives.
Coordinate with external partners and providers where required.

Innovation & Efficiency

Explore the use of emerging technologies, including Gen AI, to improve processes, efficiency, and client engagement.

 

Candidate requirements

• Ambition to grow an already leading retail investment business.

• Working experience in investment product management. Experience with digital investment platforms would be advantageous.

• Degree in Finance or Economics from a reputable university

• High energy and opinionated with strong communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to develop workable solutions for complex problems

• Familiarity with managing data through data control towers, use of tools like Tableau.
