AI Product Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to analyze, design, improve, and manage the lifecycle of our AI software product. Your insights will help shape product strategy, optimize user experience, and ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Analysis & Strategy:

• Collaborate with product managers to define product goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the AI software landscape.
• Provide actionable insights to inform product roadmaps and feature prioritization.

AI Product Design:

• Collaborate with product teams and UX designers to conceptualize intuitive AI-driven product features and user interfaces.
• Ensure that the design of AI features aligns with user needs, technical capabilities, and business goals.
• Work with engineers and data scientists to create prototypes and validate AI product designs through user testing and feedback.
• Advocate for ethical and inclusive AI design principles in all product features.

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Analyze user data and AI model performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance and user engagement.
• Leverage data to support hypothesis testing and product iteration.

User Research & Feedback:

• Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and behavioral data.
• Partner with UX teams to ensure AI product features align with user needs and expectations.
• Identify pain points and recommend solutions to enhance user satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with data scientists and engineers to understand AI model limitations and suggest enhancements.
• Partner with marketing teams to craft compelling narratives for new features and updates.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor AI feature effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and regulations.
  
  
  Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in product analysis, product design, data analysis, or a similar role. Experience with AI or software products is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working with AI software products or platforms.
• Understanding of ethical considerations and bias mitigation in AI.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.
