Product Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Associate to support the development and optimization of products that serve the global gaming ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, analyze market trends, and translate insights into product improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct market research to understand influencer ecosystems, user behavior, and industry trends within the gaming sector.

• Support the planning and development of new features for overseas gaming influencer platforms.

• Assist in creating product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and product roadmaps.

• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure successful product implementation and delivery.

• Work closely with Product Operations, Data Analytics, and Data Science teams to identify business opportunities and transform data-driven insights into product features.

• Gather feedback from business stakeholders, analyze operational data, and propose product enhancements to improve user experience and business outcomes.

• Develop an understanding of overseas game publishing and operations processes to support product innovation and optimization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree or above (preferred fields include Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines).

• Expected to graduate between January 2025 and December 2026.

• Strong interest in the gaming industry, with an understanding of player behavior and market trends.

• Proficiency in English, with the ability to use English as a working language in a global environment.

• Familiarity with product prototyping tools; experience with data analysis is a plus.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
