Product Controller

We are seeking a Product Controller to support the Global Markets business. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate P&L reporting, valuation control, and providing financial oversight to trading desks.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce daily P&L reports and perform detailed P&L attribution analysis
• Conduct independent price verification (IPV) and valuation adjustments
• Partner with Front Office to explain revenue movements and resolve discrepancies
• Review and validate new trades and products from a control perspective
• Support month-end close, balance sheet substantiation, and financial reporting
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in Product Control / Valuation Control within investment banking
• Strong knowledge of financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL/Python is advantageous
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
