Product Designer (Paternity Cover) - Room for Advancement

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Product Designer (Paternity Cover) for a 6 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend!

You’ll be working on:

• Defining product direction and finding new ways to grow our portfolio of valuable messaging products.
• Building consumer experiences and easy-to-use business tools to unlock business messaging revenue by driving new large advertisers to adopt Click-to-messaging ads at scale.
• Helping to further drive monetization for companies within the messaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and delivers design projects of large and (or) ambiguous scope
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our 2 billion plus users
• Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
• Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Facebook products
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship
• Lead a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree/diploma
• Must have 7+ years Product designing experience in technology companies
• Must provide portfolio/s
