Salary: $3,000 – $5,000

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Travel: Overseas travel to manufacturers may be required

We are seeking a Product Developer to support the development of apparel products from concept to production. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure product quality, fit, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development and sampling processes from concept to final production
• Coordinate sample development timelines and communicate with manufacturers on revisions and production requirements
• Conduct fit sessions and ensure consistency in sizing, measurements, and construction standards
• Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to support product development and production activities
• Support product launches, photoshoots, and campaign-related activities
• Create product listings and maintain accurate product information
• Research market trends, fabrics, and designs to support new product development
• Participate in overseas factory visits and business trips when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Apparel, Design, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in apparel, fashion, product development, or e-commerce industry
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
• Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking manufacturers and business partners, both verbally and in writing, due to the nature of the role
• Willingness to travel overseas when required for business purposes
