Product Engineer / Quality Engineer - Entry Level / Diploma / Degree

PRODUCT ENGINEER - KALLANG 

☑ MNC – Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)

☑ 5 days work week 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational solutions for electronic interconnect manufacturing projects such as process and methods analysis, cost containment, capacity enhancement, and shipment optimization.
• Work with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers to review customer prints, bill of materials (BOM), contractual commitments and related information to determine logistics and develop logistics metrics and key performance indicators.
• Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities; develop cost estimates and forecasts
• Monitor projects from product design, materials planning, ramp-up production of wire harness products and ensure meeting with schedules and reaching company’s business objectives.
• Involved in defining work procedures/processes and building up documentation system.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Entry level welcome to apply 
• Possess with mechanical/mechanical/electrical/electronics and experience in manufacturing would be an advantage
• With knowledge on production routing and scheduling is preferred
• Possess good leadership and must be a strong team player

QUALITY ENGINEER - JURONG AREA / TRANSPORT PROVIDED 

☑ MNC – ENGINE / GENERATOR  INDUSTRY 

☑ 5 days work week

Responsibilities: 

• Ensures operational process operating and meeting process/ product requirement/ specification.
• Performs Finish Goods Audit on Kohler Energy products with reference to engineering drawings 
• Performs dimensional, functional, or other tests using specified measuring and test equipment. 
• Files and maintains inspection records
• Reviews incoming quality inspection metrology including first article inspection and prepares a plan to minimize inspections.
• Verifies and ensures closure of all suppliers’ issues including corrective and preventive actions
• Maintains all the documentations are updated and comply with ISO 9001: 2015 standards. 
• Participates in quality improvement programs. 
• Responsible for calibrations of inspection and production tooling and equipment.
• Leads in ISO 9001: 2015 (internal and external) and Supplier audits

Requirements : 

• Diploma/ Degree in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 
• With or without working experience
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 Quality System.
