Product Executive

Job Objective:

• Processing and management of product approval/regulatory requests
• Management of products and its relevant data

Approvals & Regulatory Requests Management

• Assist with product specification approvals
• Process product regulatory requests according to local, regional or international standards (e.g., REACH, API etc.).
• Monitor and track regulatory approvals and any necessary follow-up actions
• Maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions and approvals

Product & Packaging Development

• Gather details on new packaging development requests
• Monitor and keep updated on progress of packaging development

Product and Application Management

• Work closely with other departments to gather accurate product information
• Update and maintain product data sheets (PDS)
• Support the tracing of product sales to ensure product life validity

Job Specifications:

Minimum education qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Minimum years of experience:

• Fresh graduates are welcome
