Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Internet Product Manager to join our passionate and dynamic team. As the Internet Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing, optimizing, and promoting the company's internet products, especially those related to the Travel Management Company (TMC) or payment fields. Leveraging your industry experience and innovative mindset, you will drive product iterations, enhance user experiences, and create greater business value for the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for planning and designing internet products, deeply exploring user needs, analyzing market trends, and formulating product strategies;
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to drive product development, testing, launch, and subsequent optimization efforts;
• Monitor product operational data, analyze user behavior, and formulate data-driven product optimization plans;
• Have a deep understanding of the business needs and industry characteristics of the TMC or payment field, and combine company strategies to drive innovation and development of related products;
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop product promotion strategies, enhance product awareness, and market share;
• Track industry trends, focus on competitive analysis, and provide strong support for the company's product strategy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience as an internet product manager;
• Passionate about internet products, with keen market insights and innovative thinking;
• Possess solid business analysis skills and the ability to deeply understand user needs and market trends;
• Familiar with the internet product development process, with good project management and communication skills;
• Proficient in using product design and project management tools such as Axure, Sketch, MindManager, etc.;
• Experience in the TMC or payment field is preferred, with successful product cases being an advantage;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for tackling challenging issues.
