Our client is looking for a Product Manager to cope with their rapid business growth. You will take charge of development, launch and management of an innovative B2B FinTech CRM solution in Singapore and across APAC.
Reporting directly to: Head of Product Management
As Product Manager you will be responsible for:
Driving and managing new product development, subsequent testing and rollout in the region
Identifying and qualifying requirements, developing and launching solution, supporting rollout and managing overall product life cycle
Leading and managing a cross-functional team and be involved in all phases of SaaS product development life cycle â from requirements, analysis, development, testing and implementation to on-going management
Setting up timeline, progress monitoring and budget controlling
Providing timely updates and recommendations to stakeholders
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelorâs degree or above in Marketing, Management, Information Technology or equivalent
1-3 years of product development / solution management experience
First experience in CRM / Loyalty / SaaS solutions
Tech savvy with knowledge in product design, UI/UX definition, prototyping and new features testing
Strong interest in User-story requirements detailing and writing
Stakeholder management and coordination with IT Dev and Design teams
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Quick learner, flexible, agile methodology and ability to succeed in a fast paced work environment
