About The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to join a team responsible for designing the industry's leading Crypto trading system, including Spot, Margin, Perpetuals, Futures, Options, and various risk control models such as simple account, single-currency margin, multi-currency margin, and portfolio margin.
This system supports daily trading volumes of over ten billion USD for both retail and institutional clients.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• The plumbing of the exchange. Order management, matching, margin, risk engine, lending/borrowing — across both spot and derivatives. When you ship, millions of trades route through your work the same day.


• Infrastructure that holds up where others can't operate. You'll work directly with Legal, Compliance, and local market teams — not to check boxes, but to design systems that clear the highest regulatory bar in finance. That bar is our moat.


• Outlearning the competition. Talk to traders, take apart competing systems, and decide where we lead vs. fast-follow — across crypto and TradFi.


• The instruments that show us the market first. Build the data and monitoring layer that gives us situational awareness of our own stack and the broader industry. If something's drifting, breaking, or shifting — you know before anyone else.


• The 3–12 month direction. Decide what we build next, and when, based on product lifecycle, competitive landscape, and what our capacity actually is — not what makes the deck look good.


• Shipping through. From spec to launch, you're the person who gets it out the door — pulling engineering, design, ops, and marketing into alignment without becoming the bottleneck.


• The AI harness and agent architecture for your domain. Design and ship multi-step agent workflows — tool use, retrieval, evaluation, human-in-the-loop checkpoints — that power how Core Trading operates. Spec agents the way you spec products.

What We Look For In You 

• 
  
  Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, physics or computer science major.
  
  


• 
  
  5+ years experience in building sophisticated backend systems in either crypto or Traditional Finance industry.
  
  


• 
  
  AI native skillset that allow you to ship at 10x because you automate the work flow first.
  
  


• 
  
  Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork, communication skills and be able to coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments.
  
  


• 
  
  You possess a strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry.
  
  


• 
  
  You are proactive, enthusiastic and sensitive to customers' feedback from a product lens.
  
  


• 
  
  Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients / cross-teams).
