Own the product roadmap for push notifications across platforms (mobile, web, app).
Define and drive the strategy for push messaging, including targeting, personalization, segmentation, and delivery logic.
Partner with CRM, marketing, and lifecycle teams to support campaign execution through platform capabilities.
Work closely with engineering to design and scale the push notification infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.
Lead experimentation (A/B tests) to optimize send times, copy, CTA, and frequency caps.
Monitor and report on key engagement metrics (CTR, opt-in/out, delivery rate, conversions) to inform strategy and improvements.
Ensure push experiences are aligned with customer needs and are non-intrusive, valuable, and timely.
Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in push notification technology and lifecycle marketing.
