Employer is a mobile game publisher and developer founded in 2022 in Singapore. The Company is focused on making strategy and casual genre games for global players and has a wide network of distribution channels across USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, etc.

Since 2023 Employer has started working with well-known overseas studios and publishers including Big Fish Games, Red Spell and others. We are looking forward to expanding our portfolio on Worldwide arena, and aim to achieve multiple successful cross-boundaries collaborations across the world..

Product Manager (Games/Software)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design game play features, systems, and user experiences for casual games or software products targeting overseas markets
• Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs) and design specifications
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., GPT, Midjourney, Claude) to support ideation, documentation,and research where applicable
• Work closely with development, art, and QA teams to ensure proper implementation of product features
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning and iteration planning
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications is required
• Min. 5 years of experience in game design or related software product design
• Strong understanding of game play/system design principles
• Good analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
• Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency is an advantage
• Experience in launching casual or hyper-casual games is preferred
