Job Description - Product Manager (Rewards) - Fintech (Singapore)

We are partnered with a digital asset and cross-border payment firm to hire a Product Manager to lead the development of customer rewards and loyalty features. This role will play a key part in driving user acquisition and retention through well-designed promotional mechanics embedded across user and transaction journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for rewards and loyalty features.
Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through development, testing, launch, and iteration, working closely with UI/UX, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
Design reward mechanics that influence purchasing behaviour while maintaining cost efficiency and sustainable ROI.
Partner with data and business teams to track performance, analyse effectiveness, and identify optimisation opportunities for promotional features.
Provide post-launch support, including user education, issue analysis, and continuous product enhancement.

Our Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
4+ years of experience in product management or product development, ideally within consumer-facing mobile or web platforms.
Hands-on experience with Promotion or Marketing products in the digital payment industry.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as this role will work closely with China-based vendors.
