Product Manager (Sales)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers in the cleanroom, biotechnology and pharmaceutical production industries.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for products offered and agencies assigned.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, services or solutions that will meet those needs.
• Analyse the territory and market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Develop strong technical know-how on products and applications to support and effectively engage prospects and clients.
• Foster and enhance good relationship with all of our customers and grow product portfolio for the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales environment within related industries (e.g.: healthcare/ cleanroom/ pharmaceutical/ industrial equipment) with strong sales track records.
• Experienced in tender and request for quotation (RFQ) preparation and costing and Sales experience is in relations to capital equipment (CAPEX).
• Good communication & presentation skills (well versed in English – both spoken and written).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Target driven and able to work independently.
• Meticulous and organized personality.
