Our Web3 Wallet team is expanding! Join our dynamic Operations team to drive high profile campaign launches and initiatives, contribute to flawless product and community operations in the Web3 world.

• Implement execution of robust growth strategies aimed at user acquisition, retention, and heightened engagement
• Support product go-to-market operations, leveraging resources across technology development, product management, and market sectors to achieve project milestones and quantitative targets
• Analyze performance data and metrics to continually refine and optimize growth strategies for maximum effectiveness
• Monitor user feedback to uncover demands, preferences, and opportunities that will boost user activity and loyalty within the Web3 space
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in Web3, integrating key insights into growth strategies

• At least 2 years of professional operations driven experience in Blockchain, Web3 or NFTs sectors
• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for Blockchain, particularly in Wallet, DeFi, GameFi or NFTs
• Experience with various Web3 protocols & Affiliate/KOL management is preferred
• Demonstrated success in driving user growth and engagement through innovative strategies and initiatives
