Product & Operations Executive - Urgent Position

Job Description

• Support the ecommerce site's operations by focusing on order fulfilment, managing product listings, and addressing customer
  inquiries.
• Handle operational support tasks, including order processing, product listing operations, and managing customer inquiries and
  complaints.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through email and phone communication.
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and customers to ensure prompt service recovery and customer satisfaction.
• Track, monitor, and manage customer feedback escalation by collaborating closely with customer service and relevant
  departments.
• Develop and maintain proficiency in various systems used for ecommerce operations.
• Recommend process improvements related to order fulfilment flow and operational/technical support flow.
• Conduct regular stock-takes and manage product rates and inventory in collaboration with the Business Development (BD)
  team to keep product listings up to date.
• Utilize WeChat to communicate with suppliers and merchants in China.
• Prepare, verify, and reconcile sales order invoices.
• Handle administrative duties to support both the product and retail teams.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website development projects as needed.
• Assist with administration, other responsibilities, and any ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Ability to remain contactable outside of regular office hours as necessary for unforeseen operational needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
