Job Description - Product Planning Executive - Dynamic Team

We are seeking a hardworking Product Planning Executive to join our inspiring team at Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. in North Region.

Analyze end users and market demands
Perform product and competitors’ analyses
Perform and coordinate market research
Engage SBUs to prepare new product request
Consolidate product request from all SBUs to strategize new product roadmap
Follow up on progress of R&D on new product request
Preparation of sales promotion and marketing material/tool for new products
Conduct sales forecast for new and existing products
Sales performance tracking for new products
Adhoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or relevant
• Experience in air-conditioning industry will be an advantage
• Analytical and objective approach towards assessing product request, planning and strategy
• Good knowledge of economics and current market trends
• Ability to develop product strategies
• Proactive and influential personality with ability to persuade and drive decisions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
