RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute design qualification activities to ensure the quality and reliability of new hardware products during development
• Manage reliability assessment programmes for products in mass production.
• Collaborate with globally distributed quality teams to ensure product quality and reliability standards are met
• Work with engineering teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance product quality
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality processes for consistent and predictable outcomes
• Drive ongoing improvements in hardware quality and reliability coverage, accuracy, methodologies, and turnaround time
• Manage third-party reliability labs, including personnel and operations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful product qualifications against defined milestones *
• Contribute to product knowledge development, reliability modelling, and continuous quality enhancements
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience supporting Intel-based desktop, notebook, tablet, and computer peripheral products within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with environmental and reliability testing standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience implementing, maintaining, or managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related quality processes.
• Knowledge of system reliability, failure mechanisms, life data analysis, and quantitative accelerated life testing techniques.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge in Data analytics, Statistical & Reliability tools would be added advantage
• Some Experience working in Linux, Windows, or PC-based environments, with proficiency in office productivity and automation tools considered an advantage.
• Team player with good analytical and judgement skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words, PPT & Power BI) would be added advantage
• Occasional travel to 3rd party test labs for setup and support
