Product Strategy & Development - Consumer Lending (FinTech)

Job Description:

1. Drive digitization across the lending value chain, including digital onboarding and operational automation.
2. Lead project management activities for strategic initiatives from ideation and projection through implementation, tracking, and post-launch evaluation.
3. Define customer value propositions through market research, competitor analysis, and segment-specific positioning.
4. Support product strategy and lifecycle management for consumer lending products across both unsecured loans and secured products.
5. Work with cross-functional team leads to improve product features, profitability, and market competitiveness.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or related roles within consumer lending or fintech.
3. Exposure to secured lending (mortgage, auto loans, or similar) is a strong advantage.
4. Experience supporting or participating in 0-to-1 product launches or new initiative rollouts.
5. Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, independently manage priorities, and engage stakeholders.
6. Understanding of pricing strategies, credit risk fundamentals, and digital product development.
7. Ability to leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance.
