Production Assistant (East Manufacturing)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5.45pm)
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing and storing administrative inventory, managing stock levels, and conducting regular audits.

• Maintaining safety equipment. E.g. First aid kits, fire extinguishers.

• Involved in identifying and participating in miscellaneous procurement and liaison with Finance.

• Perform tasks and other duties including manual tasks as required and/or as directed by Production Manager.

• Assisting new hires on board and managing general facilities area, such as water dispenser/lockers/rack.

• Notify Production Manager immediately of any events or conditions which put at risk the company objectives, requirements and policies including quality, safety and environmental related issues.

• Expansion roles to support Production in terms of WIP transfer and assembling line.

• Generate management information on daily production.

• Coordinates the efficient movement of material by planning, setting up and releasing work orders to and through production to provide continuous product flow and on-time delivery of customer orders.

• Maintain and updates system as required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum ITE education qualification with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of SAP is referred.
