Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who are have Building and Construction knowledge in Steel Structural works.

Job Descriptions:

· Monitor and Handle product quality, budget, product knowledge, and arrangement for site delivery and site matters.

· Handle and Instructs employees on machine operation, safety and company policies.

· Inspect Inputs/outputs to check for QC/materials. PO from established quality standards.

· Coordinates workflow, processes, and machineries.

· Research or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.

· Monitor team and work procedures to meet production schedules, as well as general administrative works.

· Provide direction for projects tasks and hold all team members accountable for safety, quality and production

· Conduct daily briefing with crew to review production goals and performance feedback

· 5.5 days of work week

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience as a production engineer in construction and Steel of Structural, White Aluminum, or having related safety certificate and etc.

· In-depth knowledge of extrusion procedures, equipment and WSH guidelines.

· Able to read and understand the AutoCAD and 3D drawings.

· Problem-solving skills.

· Observant and alias the project, dateline, and follow instructions by the production Supervisors and follow closely and with the administration work.
