Production Engineer (Chemical Productions) - Urgent

Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization
Responsible for analyzing existing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity while minimizing costs.

2. Quality Assurance
Ensuring the highest standards of quality in manufactured products is paramount. Develop and implement quality control measures, conduct thorough inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues swiftly.

3. Resource Management
Manage resources effectively, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to maximize output while adhering to budgetary constraints and sustainability goals.

4. Continuous Improvement
Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, lead initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, cost saving, reduce waste, and optimize overall efficiency.

5. Health and Safety Compliance
Prioritizing the well-being of personnel and compliance with regulatory standards, you establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment.
