Production Operator

Job Summary

Perform production line tasks including machine operation, packing, assembly, and quality inspection while maintaining safety and efficiency in a shift work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery to maintain continuous workflow and meet production targets
• Assemble and pack products accurately to ensure order completeness and quality standards
• Inspect products during and after production to identify defects and maintain quality control
• Perform general production duties to support smooth operations and timely delivery
• Safely handle materials weighing up to 15kg to support production processes
• Adapt to fixed or rotating shifts and work overtime as required to meet production demands
• Maintain a positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative and productive work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to safely carry loads up to 15kg
• Willingness and ability to work shift schedules, including fixed and rotating shifts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Positive working attitude to support team dynamics and workplace morale
