Production Planner Manufacturing Tuas

📍 Location: Tuas Ave 6
🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am – 5.45pm
🌴 Annual Leave: 14 days + 1 additional day per completed year
🚗 Transport: Transport allowance provided (amount to be confirmed)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines
• Perform material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory control
• Coordinate closely with production, sales, and supply chain teams
• Monitor capacity planning and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Review BOM, routing, and material readiness before job release
• Track production progress and resolve scheduling or material issues
• Lead weekly planning meetings and align with stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning/manufacturing
• Familiar with ERP systems and strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
