Production Planning Manager - Join a Leading Company

Job Description:

Production Planning and Scheduling:

• Lead planners and coordinators in effective production planning and scheduling for two entities' order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth flow of goods and packaging materials.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Program teams regarding order details such as completion dates and status.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure finished goods are checked before orders are closed in the system.

Packaging Material Management:

• Manage packaging material specialists responsible for client liaison on artwork management, demand forecasting, and drafting repackaging instructions (RI).
• Oversee SAP material master maintenance for packaging materials, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor packaging-related change controls, deviations, and investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

Client Process Flow and Management:

• Familiarize with different client process flows.
• Standardize all client process flows for business efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, capabilities, and capacity.
• Oversee and conduct training for new or existing staff.

System / Process / Documentation:

• Ensure SOP/WI documentation is up to date.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/Production/Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, pharmaceutical, or distribution industry.
• Knowledge of ISO, cGMP.
• Working knowledge of SAP system, proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software.
