Job Title: Korean Food Stall Supervisor / Manager
Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,000
Location: Singapore | Full-time
Working days: 6 days

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Supervisor / Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple Korean food stalls. You will ensure smooth stall operations, maintain service quality, and lead frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise multiple stall operations and ensure adherence to food safety and service standards.

• Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance.

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently.

• Conduct regular visits to each outlet and provide performance updates to management.

• Coordinate inventory and supply needs across outlets.

Requirements:

• Prior F&B supervisory experience (preferably in food stalls or quick-service restaurants).

• Strong English communication; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

• Based in Singapore or with relevant local experience.

• Willing to travel frequently between outlets.

• Good leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

PRC/Myanmar

Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,000

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple Korean food stalls.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and manage all stalls, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Supervise staff, address operational issues, and report directly to the management.
• Regular travel to 4 locations for on-site supervision.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (to liaise with staff and management).
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Candidates currently in Singapore or with prior experience in restaurant supervision will be prioritized.
