How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

The Production Technician attends quality training, follows procedures meticulously, conducts minor maintenance, and reports product non-conformances. You will need to collaborate in problem-solving and implement corrective actions, ensuring adherence to quality objectives and contributing to smooth production operations.

  • Collaborate in developing, updating, and revising operational instructions, risk assessments, and process flow documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, promptly reporting unsafe conditions and near misses.
  • Contribute to Risk Assessment sessions for both routine and non-routine tasks.
  • Engage in tabletop drills to enhance familiarity and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Follow established procedures, SOPs, and checklists diligently, while maintaining the ability to question and await formal revisions.
  • Conduct routine checks with provided digital devices at specified times and locations, ensuring proper care of equipment.
  • Approach industrial activities with a risk-based perspective to prevent human-related incidents, carefully considering actions not covered by SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime.
  • Receive bulk gases, verify compliance with certificate specifications, and manage systems change and switchover.
  • Perform analyzer calibration, monitor quality measurements, and balance running hours for rotating equipment.

 

Are you a MATCH?

  • Diploma in related Chemical/Mechanical or E&I engineering or Higher National ITE Certificate or equivalent.
  • Preferably possess a minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment, particularly with hazardous materials, with a preference for semiconductor, chemical, or industrial gas experience.
  • Possessing experience with the DCS system is a plus.
  • General knowledge of engineering disciplines, operation & maintenance
  • Ability to work a 12 hour shift.
