We’re looking to add a Program Manager in Singapore. The position is based in our GES site at Marsiling. 

As a Program Manager, you will:

Supporting the Program/TCS (Total Customer Satisfaction) Director, this role holds responsibility for driving revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and enhancing the TCS capability within the assigned customer account/product line. It involves direct engagement with customers.

You'll be leading and leveraging expertise from various functional groups including Program, Engineering, Production, Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, as well as support functions such as Finance, HR, and IT. Your aim will be to achieve the targets established by the TCS Director. The key roles and responsibilities are as below:

Financial and Business:

• Achieve revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets.
• Manage and enhance Gross Margin, GM/TC ratio, BOM cost, and Total Cost.
• Meet targets for AR days, inventories, and minimize Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) through effective inventory management.
• Handle quote proposals and collaborate closely with customers to secure new RFQs and expand business opportunities.

Leadership:

• Lead Functional Group Expertise teams towards overall objectives and targets.
• Set an exemplary example by engaging with shop floor activities regularly and collaborating closely with the Production team and other Functional Group Experts to ensure achievement of Technology, Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, Cost, and Environmental (TQRDCE) KPIs.
• Present sales, margin, new business, and key performance indicators in monthly business reviews.

Total Customer Satisfaction:

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage new product launches with support from Functional Group Expertise teams.
• Review and propose cost reduction initiatives as requested by customers.
• Strategize and execute customer touchpoints to pursue new business opportunities.
• Directly engage with customers to address critical material shortages, delivery issues, forecasts, and open concerns to achieve on-time-delivery (TD) targets consistently.

Others:

• Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract manufacturing, electronics manufacturing or life sciences.
• Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Good multitasking skills and willingness to be hands-on when necessary.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is preferred.
