Programme Coordinator (Education)

Adecco is partnering with a renowned institute to look for a Programme Executive. As a Programme Executive, you'll have the chance to develop your project management, leadership, and communication skills, setting the stage for rapid career progression in the future.

The Job:

• Coordinating the smooth delivery of assigned programs, ensuring timely setup of LMS course pages, and providing updates to students and stakeholders.
• Supporting lecturers with administrative matters, releasing examination information, and monitoring the validity of student passes for international students.
• Organizing orientation, processing administrative tasks like re-enrolments and deferments, and monitoring student attendance while providing support through various systems.
• Engaging with students and parents, conducting evaluations, and working closely with course managers to address student issues.

The Talent:

• Degree in Business or equivalent disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
