Job Summary

1. Programme Planning & Implementation

·       Design and implement evidence-informed programmes aligned with active ageing goals (physical, cognitive, social, and emotional wellness)

·       Develop annual programme plans and monthly activity schedules

·       Monitor programme attendance, participation outcomes, and engagement levels

·       Evaluate programme effectiveness and prepare improvement plans

·       Ensure activities comply with relevant guidelines (e.g., AIC, MOH, MSF whereapplicable)

2. Case & Client Management Support

·       Conduct basic needs assessments for seniors

·       Identify at-risk or socially isolated seniors for follow-up

·       Support referrals to relevant community and healthcare services

·       Maintain accurate and timely documentation in required systems

3. Volunteer Management

·       Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers

·       Assign roles and monitor volunteer performance

·       Develop volunteer engagement and retention strategies

·       Ensure volunteers comply with centre policies and safety guidelines

4. Community Outreach & Engagement

·       Conduct outreach to engage new seniors within the community

·       Build partnerships with grassroots organisations, community partners and service providers

·       Organise community events, festive celebrations and intergenerational programmes

5. Operations & Administration

·       Support budgeting and procurement for programmes

·       Track programme expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness

·       Prepare reports for management and funders

·       Ensure compliance with safety, data protection and governance requirements

6. Others

·      Perform duties as tasked by CHK Head Office or Centre Manager
