Programme Executive / Senior (Social Service Sector)

Job Description

• Implementation of programmes across different facilities, ensuring that they are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Work closely with facility staff to develop and implement programme plans
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance, and make recommendations for improvements as needed
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between facility staff, programme participants, and other stakeholders.
• Manage programme budgets and resources

Job Requirement

• Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Working hours

• 5.5 work week
• Up to 44 hours
• Weekday (9am to 6pm)
• Saturday (9am to 1pm)
