Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as a Project Admin cum PRO

Responsibilities

General administration support to project team
Handle project documentation and filing
Filter, sort and distribute incoming mails, emails and phone calls to appropriate site personnel
Ordering of equipment and tools
Arrange and coordinate meetings
Prepare meeting minutes, notices, agendas and other correspondences
Perform ad-hoc administrative works assigned by Project Manager from time to time
