Job Description: (For Telecoms Project Engineer)

We are seeking for junior Telecoms Project Engineer talent, responsible for assisting project manager. The job entails the person to be responsible for managing and controlling project documentations and records related to submarine communication cable projects. We develop candidate who is passionate in building large scale SLTE submarine cable networks (across Asia Pacific Region) with engineering knowledge of DWDM optical networks. If you do not have relevant skills, but have good analytical skills, work attitude and exceptional ability to learn new technical skills, you have found the right place to build your career.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain document control procedures specific to engineering projects, including version control, naming conventions, and document distribution protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete the project documentation to close the projects.
• Monitor and report on the status of engineering document changes, ensuring timely closure of change requests and effective communication to stakeholders.
• Involve in project field work for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support as required.
• Assist Project Manager in managing Telecoms project.
• If you have aptitude for site works, you will be given opportunities to work along with submarine cable project Field Engineers.

Requirements:

· ITE or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

· Experience in engineering document controller or in a similar role within the telecommunication industry is a plus (example: ISO-9001, ITU-T, IEEE).

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

· Applicant with 0 years of experience but have the passion in building networks are welcome to apply.
