Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in prepare tender documents preparation and submission.
· Monitor and track inward and outward project submissions.
· Liaise with clients, supplier, subcontractor and relevant parties.
· Assist in permits and licenses application with relevant authorities.
· Prepare and submit progress claim and follow-up payment for projects.
· Prepare invoice, quotation, delivery order, purchase order, safety document & etc.
· Communicate and work closely with project team.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.
· Sort and distribute emails & phone call.
