Project Admin (West 5 Days Construction Engineering) - [SIEN] - Exciting Challenge

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate project administrative tasks.
• Generate material purchase requisitions and track delivery progress.
• Handle material delivery orders and prepare for QAQC documentation submission.
• Maintain, update, and organize all submission documents, liaising with Project Engineers and external Document Controllers.
• Assist in material sourcing and gather quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
• Aid in creating Bill of Quantities (BQ).
• Attend project meetings and compile meeting minutes.
• Submit project progress claims and follow up on invoices.
• Manage, file, and update records including catalogs, project documents, and O&M manuals.
• Compile relevant authority information, such as Government submissions and Codes of Practice.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education or recognized Certification in a related field of study.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the local Construction Engineering industry.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-oriented manner, even in stressful environments, while also contributing effectively to a team.
• Capable of interacting effectively with project members and managers at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, anticipating needs, and meeting deadlines effectively.
