Project and Customer Support Manager

• Full Project Life Cycle Administration including gathering requirements, feasibility studies, planning, proposal contracts, sales and service delivery
  


• Plan, schedule, manage and monitor project progress from client set-up process to implement solutions
  


• Assesses project challenges and develops solutions to meet productivity, quality and ensure compliance with client requirements
  


• Provide technical and customer support
  


• Establishing quality customer support and delivering strategic technical solutions.
  


• Collaborated with cross-functional teams from remote locations, and ensured compliance with clients
  


• Liaise with Engineering teams based in HQ (Europe based)
  


• Ability to bridge gaps between commercial and technical
  


• Identify an internal process of improvements, while documenting internal and client-specific policies and procedures
  


• Work closely and maintain successful relations with strategic partners
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronical engineering or equivalent
  


• 8-10 years of professional experience including at least 3 years in Industrial Automation or Robotics
  


• Strong technical knowledge of Project management in Automation industry (AGV a plus)
  


• Proven track record in project management
  


• Keen interest for technology-based solutions and strong exposure to industrial environments
  


• Good knowledge and Network in Ports, Airports, Sea Port and proven experience in partner relationship management
  


• Good understanding of the full Sales Cycle
  


• Ability to multi task and roll up the sleeves in a lean team where autonomy is key
  


• Project management Professional (PMP) qualification could be a plus
  


• Mandarin Chinese Speaker is preferred as there is a very strong focus on developing the Business in China with Chinese speaker partners
  


• Ability to travel (APAC role)
