Purpose of the Job

Office

Oversee and support in the preparation of :

•  Documentation (MS, RA VP, JSA etc), and
•  Tools and Equipment for project execution
• Liaising in purchasing

Site

• To perform technical supervisory inspection on the items installed by client/contractor
• To liaise with client / contractor on the troubleshooting during the installation
• Liaise with project execution team prior, during and post project execution.
• Manage, lead and supervise the site work team in the execution phase 
• To take the lead / role model in the safety observations and input into the system.
• Finalize documentation when project is complete.
• Prepare reports of project forecasts (manhours, progress, financial).

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Preparing estimate and proposal for projects
• Document preparation, presentation and finalization
• Overseeing project execution / inspection – project team & client
• To adhere strictly to the company ESH regulations and operational procedures
• To report all incidents and risks to manager or ESH manager
• To stop and report any unsafe behavior
• To attend safety briefing and training activities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Possess Diploma or Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year experience in oil and gas industry
• Experience in preparing and maintaining of schedules
• Colum internals/hotwork experience is needed
