Roles & Responsibilities
1. Design Development

• Develop design details and technical documentation for client presentations and tender submissions.
• Prepare design drawings, reports, and supporting materials throughout project development stages.
• Coordinate with designers and other consultants to ensure design intent is aligned.
• Review and integrate multidisciplinary design requirements into project documentation.
• Support design coordination meetings and resolve technical and design-related issues.

2. Sales and Business Development

• Focused on building partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market presence.
• Skilled in client relationship management, proposal development, and strategic collaboration to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

3. Project Management

• Experienced in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept to handover.
• Adept at coordinating multidisciplinary teams, resolving site issues, and ensuring successful project execution within scope and quality targets.
