Location : Pasir Panjang
Working Hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm /5days
Contract – 1 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist day-to-day administrative tasks to support the business development team.
- Track and report on the onboarding status of departments and individuals utilizing the Digital Governance Platform.
- Liaise with various stakeholders across government departments to ensure timely and efficient onboarding processes.
- Handle correspondence and queries related to the platform’s deployment and user feedback.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and data analysis related to business development activities.
- Support in organizing meetings and coordinating schedules.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business ,Information Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a technology or government setting.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and understand of IT System will be advantageous.
