Project Coordinator

Ashtead Technology are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Project Coordinator to join our team in Singapore!

You’ll support high-impact projects across new builds, refurbishments, and maintenance and be at the heart of project success, providing essential support with documentation, logistics, and personnel planning from start to finish.

Day to day you’ll be involved in:

• Providing project support from initial tender to project close out.


• Working closely with Operations Manager to coordinate CAPEX builds of new equipment


• Coordinating offshore personnel logistics and equipment movements


• Maintaining stock levels and managing spare parts


• Assisting with month end billing activities


• Attending and providing input to design reviews


• Participating and coordinating test programs and factory acceptance testing


• Providing Technical support to customers where required


• Assisting Ashtead regional hubs with project support with both equipment and personnel resources

What else will ensure success in this role?

• You have previous experience as a Technician, undertaking the repair, maintenance and testing of mechanical/hydraulic equipment.


• Proven experience in a similar industry or subsea environment


• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline
