Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Interior Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the renovation by providing on-site management, a strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed. He/ she needs to interact confidently and build credible relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a systematic & meticulous Interior Project Coordinator to join our awesome team.

• Prepare ballpark, quotation, project timeline chart & proper document submission.
• Provide technical advice and pre-empt potential challenges to Team & Client.
• Manage manpower & resources to execute site works within the timeline
• Responsible for initiating corrective actions & provide solutions to solve the site’s technical issues.
• Carry out defect servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
• Update your residence/ commercial project progress to the Project Director regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
• Candidates with 1 year of experience are preferred. However, entry-level candidates are also welcome
• Basic project coordination and management are preferred
• Basic software skills like AutoCAD/ Adobe Illustrator, MS Excel &PowerPoint should never be neglected.
• Good communicator and eye for detail, systematic and good time management a HUGE bonus
• Teamwork, motivation and self-empowerment
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
