Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the company in developing and executing project plans for interior fit-out or renovation works, and monitor project progress. 
• Coordinate communication among designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. 
• Follow up on on-site construction progress (e.g., demolition, M&E works, carpentry, tiling, painting, installation, etc.) and report issues in a timely manner. 
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Organize project meetings (including internal progress updates, site inspections, and handovers), prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. 
• Track material delivery status, sample approvals, and supplier delivery timelines. 
• Assist in resolving on-site issues such as project delays, material changes, or coordination conflicts among parties. 
• Responsible for site inspection and evaluation of new or potential project locations, assisting the company in identifying new business opportunities (e.g., retail shops), and providing preliminary feedback on construction feasibility, cost implications, and potential risks.

• 协助公司制定并执行室内装修或翻新工程的项目计划，并跟进项目进度。
• 协调设计师、承包商、供应商及客户之间的沟通，确保项目顺利推进。
• 跟进现场施工进度（如拆除、水电工程、木工、瓷砖铺贴、油漆、安装等），并及时汇报问题。
• 进行现场巡查，监控施工进度与工程质量，确保符合项目要求。
•  组织项目会议（包括内部进度汇报、现场检查及验收等），整理会议纪要并跟进落实事项。
• 跟进材料到货、样品审批及供应商交付时间节点。
• 协助处理现场问题，如工期延误、材料变更或各方协调冲突等。
• 负责新项目/新场地的现场考察与评估，协助公司发掘潜在项目机会（如新店铺），并从施工可行性、成本及风险角度提供初步反馈。

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in relevant field
• Experience in interior fit-out/construction preferred
• Basic knowledge of site workflow
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Able to work in site environment
