Project Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

· Managing day to day operations of joinery/Carpentry and other renovation works/ID fit-outs (eg. partitions) at project locations.

· Managing projects on an on-going basis through regular progress meetings and preparation of progress reports.

· Effectively communicate clients’ needs and requirements to the different stakeholders.

· Ensure quality and workmanship of construction works are satisfactory to clients’ expectations.

· Project planning of all labour and sub-contractors.

· Show strong cost control and budgeting abilities.

· Liaising with carpentry workshop production with schedule of joinery.

· Execute projects, allocate work schedule, prioritise workflow and ensure projects are handed over to clients timely.

· Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions.
