Project Coordinator

We are a design and build production agency for large scale local events, exhibitions, festive decorations and large format prints projects.

You must have relevant experience in the events, exhibitions or large format printing industry.

1. Client/Account servicing for exhibitions, events, festive decorations and large format printing
2. Project coordination, including sourcing for suppliers/props/materials, budgeting and quotation, and final invoicing
3. Production internal coordination with our creative and graphic designers, printing department, carpentry, metal production and installation teams
4. Expected to be attend meetings with clients, doing preliminary site measurements, and be on-site for installation setup and teardown. 
5. Office paperwork is a must, with preparation of quotations, invoices and preparing all documents such as risk assessments for permits applications.
6. Ensure efficient activation and smooth execution of projects
7. Class 3 driving license is advantageous
8. Highly motivated, resourceful and efficient
9. Hardworking and client centric
10. Able to work long hours and weekends, when necessary (overnight setups are required)
11. Good written and communication skills
12. Minimum diploma holder

We are located at the east side of Singapore at Loyang Crescent (Closest to Pasir Ris/Tampines MRT).
