Job Description - Project Coordinator (Building Architecture)

Permanent, Yishun, 6 days (8am -7pm)

Job scope

Â· Focus on building drawings,
blueprints, and specifications.

Â· Oversee and coordinate architectural works
on -site.

Â· Review and check drawings against codes and
standards.

Â· Ensure work done complies with building code
standard, building safety rule and client need

Â· Work with architects, consultants, contractor to
solve issues.

Â·

Requirements

Diploma
in project management, architecture or related field.
Knowledge
of singapore building codes and construction methods.

Â· Skills
in AutoCAD/Revit.

Â· Min 1 year experience in project
coordination/management
