Salary Package
Basic Salary: $2,800 – $4,000

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm
Alternate Saturday
5.25 days work week

Job Responsibilities
• Assist Project Manager with project planning and scheduling
• Monitor daily project progress and update reports
• Maintain project documents, progress reports, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site operation teams
• Liaise with project team, clients, and stakeholders
• Support site safety, health, and environmental procedures
• Follow up and resolve project issues in a timely manner

Requirements
• 1–3 years of project coordination experience in construction industry
• Knowledge of construction process and project documentation
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
