Project Coordinator (Exhibition & Interior Focus)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our project execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality exhibition and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bilingual: Accurately translate project-related documents and terminology between English and Chinese, with a specific focus on interior design and exhibition terminology.

• On-Site Coordination: Lead on-site coordination efforts by controlling work progress, resolving issues in real-time, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and quality standards.

• Progress Monitoring: Closely monitor the progress of work both on-site and at the factory, maintaining clear communication with all teams to preempt and address potential delays.

• Quality Assurance: Uphold our company's standards for quality and safety throughout all phases of project delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the interior, exhibition or related industry. Knows how to drive.

• Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to accurately translate technical terminology.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage workers and liaise with clients and team members.
